EKM orders cannot be collected - you are prompted for credentials
This has been fixed now:

It looks like EKM have changed their identifier from user to account name.
Please change the name in Tools>Credentials to the name shown on EKM.
Packing Partner will see any new orders as being from a different account.
It won't recognise orders before the change, as being from the same account
