I downloaded the update for the new HS codes on CN22 for C&D a couple of days ago
Since then, when doing shipping export csv file I have some addresses duplicating. eBay and amazon are OK, but websites (firepages) are exporting address for each item sold i.e. 4 items = 4 x address in CSV file.
Any ideas what's gone wrong?

That is correct, Click & Drop export now requires one line for each item.

Yes, it is a single export exclusively for use with Click & Drop.
If you need an export for something else, then you would need to use the Export CSV option.

I must be doing something wrong then, because I have been using C&D OK. I don't use the catalogue at all. Just upload the CSV file, click on new orders then apply postage 1 order at a time whilst packing.
Now I seem to have duplicated orders 1 for each item -are they not meant to combine at all? I don't have many ROW orders and can see me excluding them all at this rate.
My work around at the moment is opening CSV and deleting duplicates before I upload to C&D
Is there a way for me to go back to a previous version of pp?

You'd need to contact Click & Drop about that, as the documentation says to repeat lines for each item.

Ha! I knew it was something I was doing wrong.
on C&D I had not added the 'order field' in the mapping.
All is being picked up correctly now.
(just incase anyone else was having a problem)

Hi Glynis! Well done for being on the ball! We're only just gathering our harmonised codes.... as of today!! Have you had extra fields added to the firepages website (product page?) or are you adding all your extra info into packing partner?
