We received a critical error when we collect some of eBay's orders as follow
Critical error: no valid address no currency
the collection =9.5ptsuccesses if we collect these orders individually not in bulk.

If this does not resolve your issue, please also check you haven't been logged out. On the eBay seller hub, it can sometimes appear that you are logged in when you have actually been logged out. A quick way to test this is to click on one of the sale record numbers on the eBay order list. If you get prompted to log in then that will likely be the problem.
