Hi Andrew
When I am creating shipping rules for DMO there are a couple of Royal Mail service codes that are not on the list. Most sellers use the OLA code for international mail but some sellers (myself included) use the codes IE1 and IG1 for international contract services. Is it possible to add these service codes to Packing Partner?

Just seen this post. Not sure if you have solved it but you can do this now as I use Service code IE1
When you create the template in DMO you can map Service codes. You just map Service code OLA to IE1 and all done
PP then creates a file with service code OLA but the import into DMO changes it to IE1

DMO charges same as OBA and it is usually cheaper than at post office
I only use it for parcels and you then pay an average parcel weight per parcel
For a parcel sent on the 48 Hour service this works out at just under £2.20 per parcel if average weight is below 1Kg
