PP not Collecting from Ebay

Seller name not found on page error for Ebay, tried reboot, and update - same issue. still unable to collect

That is normally because the eBay account name has changed, or the credentials have been deleted.
Can you check in Tools>Credentials, that you do have credentials for eBay and that the Account Name is exactly the same as eBay.
