I am new to click and drop, I am using 1st class large letter and have just noticed that when mark for dispatch the tracking ID box in PP has filled out a tracking number.?? or so I thought.
Anyway, it turns out it's not a tracking number as it can't be found on the royal mail site. this is one of the numbers displayed. 32-053 040 3000-10F 7FD 4BC
This will get confusing for customers if they see a tracking number but it throws up an error on the royal mail site.?
Anyone have any ideas or what to do as it's not a tracking number but it's filling it out automatically.?

It's the RM reference number, many people upload it to their sales channel, it hasn't caused any issues for others.
