packing express doesn't download orders

Hello, 

Today we get a problem with packaging express, as even was set as automatic download but at the moment just showing the number of orders and then you press download it doesn't do it. Could you please help us with this one. We did update as well but didnt help. Many thanks!

Hello,

Could you please let us help with another issue. We using packing partner express and after dispatching all the orders on eBay  and amazon on eBay its still some orders which is still not dispatched, even from yesterday and couple from 2 days ago. Just simply looks like packing partner doesn't see it. Many thanks!

I believe we resolved this issue with you, but if you still have any orders you feel are missing please email us an example order number to: support@aimcosoftware.co.uk and we can check for you.
