When downloading from eBay today, all order has a message:
Critical Errors: No Valid Address
Have downloaded latest version, error still visible

Thank you for your message.
We are currently investigating an issue collecting orders from eBay. This is due to an unexpected change on eBay's website.
Please refer to the following web page for updates: http://aimcosoftware.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=39

What issue are you having?

Not working here either, although the update version of pp hasn't changed, still ends in 67?

eBay is now collecting as it should for me.

Hi there, It's still not working for me, the update fixed the original errors but now i have new ones:
Critical Errors: Sale date earlier than 2010, no currency
if i change the settings to check for valid address then the sale date error changes to, no valid address.

Still showing Critical Errors and will not collect for me.

Just for info the page clock seems to be an hour ahead.

Does anybody have an update, the latest 'fix' mentioned has not worked for me.

There has been a double issue today, eBay released an update, then changed it for some users.
We are just testing the fix now.

3.55PM Update 3.4.1.68 downloaded
Still not downloading, plus extra error to do with currency.
Luckily we have another option to process what we need, but will this be fixed for Monday, providing Ebay stop messing about!!

We have just uploaded an update for the further issues found this afternoon.

Now there seems to be an issue with C&D with numerous mapping issues?
Anyone else got this?

Like this.
Any clues on how to sort this?
Ive done nothing different to what ive been doing all day You haven't mapped any of the 31 fields in your spreadsheet{C}<!----> {C}<!---->
{C}<!---->
{C}<!----> {C}<!----> {C}<!----> {C}<!----> {C}<!---->You haven't mapped any of the 5 required fields: Shipping address - First nameShipping address - Last nameShipping address - Address line 1Shipping address - CityShipping address - Postcode

My PP export file headers seem to import a FULL NAME rather than a First Name and Last Name so CD doesn't like this?

Please note that since the RM international pre-advice update, the mappings have changed.
After pressing the Carrier (upload) button On import, change all the columns to match, and then select "First and last names are combined" from the Name Format dropdown menu.
Then it will say all fields have been mapped.

All sorted now Thanks Ben :)

Thanks for all the updates. I'm still having problems with C&D. I have sorted out mapping all the orders but now c&d are splitting orders for multiple products on one order into single orders, but they are combined before uploading to c&d. If i delete all the excess orders than it won't download back to pp.

That would suggest that the Order Reference field hasn't been mapped, and so C&D thinks each product line is a separate order.
Please double check the mapping, and also it's worth checking that the product information isn't being printed on the labels by going to Settings>Label Format and unticking the box that says "Include product identifiers" (or similar). Just for clarification this setting is in C&D not Packing Partner.
