Sales report

Hi,

For some reason, I can not get the sales report tab to work. I can go on to the tab but I can not change the dates or search or anything to get the find or anything to function.

I have restarted and tried to install the updated version. I have even ticked and unticked the features option.

Thanks for the post James.

Can you please ensure the relevant feature is ticked (as I understand you've tried), but then also close Packing Partner and re-open. I believe the report features require Packing Partner to be restarted to take effect.

In version 3.4.1, just for clarification, the report features are as follows:

Product Sales
VAT on Sales
Sales Summary

If no joy after that please let us know.

Hi,

Unfortunately, that didn't work, I tried removing features, clearing history/data etc. I even change the identifier. It's like it's disabled.
