We successfully downloaded orders 1st thing however a subsequent downloads have failed:

Thanks for the post. That generally would indicate that the MWS token required is either missing from your Credentials manager (Tools>Credentials) or it's been revoked (you can check on Amazon under User Permissions > Manage Your Apps).

On checking User Permissions, there was not entry for packing partner at all.
Is this a new requirement?
I've been collecting orders with issue for ages and it was only from around 8.45 this morning that this issue arose.
Anyway, i have the UK sorted, i need to do Amazon US & Amazon AU.
The developer ID from the MWS help link is not authorised for the US.
Can you let me know where i can get the =12.8pxdeveloper ID for Amazon.com & Amazon.com.au?
Going on from yesterday, we still cant download Amazon US & Amazon AU, due to the reasons i left yesterday.
I have downloaded the latest 3.5 version on packing partner this morning, however we now cant collect any Amazon Orders.
The message we get is:
Critical Errors: No Valid Address, No Invoice Items, No Currency
I have checked the credentials and they are all as they were yesterday when we could collect the UK orders.
Not sure if this is related to yesterdays issue or is a new issue?
Amazon UK Failing to collect.
We have also experienced this problem both yesterday and today.
Latest version of Packing Partner has been installed & MWS checked, still the same HELP!!
