Some gremlins are in the system this morning,
When I click and import the orders into ROyal Mail, we get the normal blue bar to show it is ok, but then it says no order,
I cannot click on upload labels,
I have found the orders manually in the Royal Mail system (so they were imported), I created the labels manually, imported into Packing Partner thinking that would work, but it will not print any labels off?
Royal Mail says no batches at all? - something is going wrong in the system somewhere... perhaps the system has coronavirus?
please help as we cannot get anything off and the staff are all twiddling their thumbs,

Royal Mail have applied some updates to their system, which seems to have caused a few issues on the site. We're no longer getting problems here, so we believe they may have now fixed.
Just tried it again, and it has started playing nicely, thanks
