updated records staying in shipped

Hi,

I have started have a problem when updating ebay, when I mark sales dispatched it give me the total list of amazon orders as well. Even though they have already been marked as dispatched on amazon. So I have to only select the eBay ones and then update it. So the next problem is the list gets bigger etc. So now I have selected the eBay ones and asked if I what to mark the unselected as shipped I've clicked yes which gets rid of them. Greta I though. But now they are staying in my shipped records list and I don't know how to get rid of them. Some have been in the shipped list for a couple of days now.
