switched on the computer opened packing partner this morning and only 33 orders there and theres 87 orders is amazon.com/ca 54 orders missing ? express is still downloading but no orders are dwnloading into express from our amazon channel . really need your help as we turned out cloudcommerce off for these channels as packing partner is the aim to use full time so we have no way of getting these orders .

Please check that your access token is still active in your Seller Central>Settings>User Permissions>Third Party Authorizations.
On the Packing Partner row, please click the Renew button and let us know.
