I have always used the export to csv for my accounts so I removed all the fields I did not need, so what fields do I need to use Click and Drop?

If you're planning to integrate Packing Partner with Click and Drop, to get 2D barcoded labels, and for customs information for international, then you essentially have the following options:
1) Upload shipments to Click and Drop via our browser integration
2) Get labels directly from the Records view within PP
3) Get labels via our Packing Station app, which allows you to scan orders that you've packed, and produce a label as you go
4) Export your own CSV and manually import to C&D and manually import the labels back to PP for printing
