Lookup File Producing Incorrect Output on Labels

Hi,

For some reason our lookup file is producing inaccurate information on our labels, the information appears correct in the lookup file, but appears completely different on the labels.

Please see the images attached for more info:

Locator code highlighted in red is how it should appear, and highlighted in black is how it is appearing for the majority of our locator codes. https://ibb.co/HKMn49L

Here's a screenshot of the lookup file: https://ibb.co/L5hrj0C

Also, our C&D labels are no longer printing with the packing slip printout.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Lookup File Producing Incorrect Output on Labels

The lookup screen shots doesn't show that item, so it's not possible to see where the issue is.
Are you looking up items based on title or SKU?

Re: Lookup File Producing Incorrect Output on Labels

Hi James

Just replied to your earlier email, but it's likely that your products are unexpectedly matching on title or code and not on SKU exclusively. In your case you'll want to match on SKU only I believe, which is a tick box bottom right of the lookup editor window.

If you can see the correct locations on screen within Records, then that is what will print. If you do a print preview and see something else, then it must be some Scripting (although I don't believe you have any) otherwise that's a bit impossible :)

Re: Lookup File Producing Incorrect Output on Labels

Hi,

Please see the amended images: https://ibb.co/w4LCXWG

Lookup file for same sku: https://ibb.co/GvCBbBq

Items are being look up by SKU.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Re: Lookup File Producing Incorrect Output on Labels

Hi Ben,

Thanks for your reply, below is the scripting we have:Imports PackageLookup.vb

Module Scripting

 Sub Script_Start()
  'Load known package metrics
  PackageLookup.InitForScript()
 End Sub

 Function Records_AfterShipping(Record As RecordStruct) As RecordStruct
  If Not Record.Carrier.Export = "2D Label" And Record.Carrier.FormatName Is Nothing Then
   PackageLookup.LoadKnownMetrics(Record)
  End If

  ' Print("AfterShipping")

  Return Record
 End Function

 Function Records_Filter(Record As RecordStruct, Name As String) As Boolean
  If Name = "unknown" Then
   Return Record.Carrier.Export Is Nothing Or Record.Carrier.FormatName Is Nothing Or Record.Carrier.FormatName = "" Or Record.Carrier.Weight = 0
  End If

 End Function

 Sub Records_AfterMarkPrinted(Records() As RecordStruct)
  SavePackage(Records)
 End Sub

 Sub Records_AfterMarkShipped(Records() As RecordStruct)
  SavePackage(Records)
  ExpressTab.QueueDespatched(Records, True, True)
 End Sub

 Sub SavePackage(Records() As RecordStruct)
  'Save known package data out
  For Each Rec As RecordStruct In Records
   AddToPackageLookup(Rec)
  Next
  PackageLookup.SaveLocalMetricsLookup()
 End Sub

End Module
