Problems collecting from Woocommerce

We're unable to collect from Woocommerce today.  It says "the document contains no data".  Click n Drop updated overnight and we renewed our subscription yesterday (so I am not sure what is causing this).  This is happening on both laptops, one with the latest version PP and one with the previous.

We are getting the same issue with Woocommerce the document contains no data.
