I upgraded to latest version an hour ago.
I am now getting errors from Onedrive about invalid chars.
It has generated a log file and when looking at this it is referring to Packing Partner files. I have copied the log below for your attention.

I have deleted the log because it can't be easily read online.
What is the path and illegal characters referred to in the Onedrive log?

The log only seems to have this error:
Could not find file 'C:\Users\phil_000\AppData\Local\Packing Partner V3\_data\archive.view'.
However, a on screen message at the time said something about an illegal character. If it comes up again I will try to screenshot it

That looks like an entry from Packing Partner log, but it doesn't relate to Onedrive.
Onedrive did have some issues after a Windows update, so it could have been that.

I managed to catch it this time. It is an invalid character in a PP filename.
OneDrive does offer to rename file by replacing the character with an underscore - but I am loathe to do as this may cause later problems with PP.
The path is
C:\Users\phil_000\SkyDrive\Packing Partner V3 Backup\Wed\_update
and the file name it says has an illegal character is
- .update

Thanks for the info.
Not sure why it was created, but it's not valid, so it can be deleted.
If you go into Packing Partner: Tools>Options>System, click Data Folder.
That file should be in the _update folder, you can delete it from there and Onedrive.
Please let us know if it is created again.

Just to add this problem is happening daily.
PP creates a filename with an invalid character and then when Onedrive tries to synch it says its got an illegal character and it gives the option to rename the file. I just let it rename the file now but it is a bit of a nuisance getting it every day.
The filename is in the Backup/Day/Update folder and is something like '- .update'
If I let Onedrive rename the file it then disappears/gets deleted from the folder anyway
