I am trying to collect sales records but getting error "No Sales Selected. Select all of this page?". Selecting all order does not work either.
I have tried updating API credentials and still getting the same error when collecting.

This morning I am getting 'error connecting to ebay API expired'

Hi GlynT, please can you renew your eBay Token.
In Packing Partner, go to Tools>Credentials
Click onto your eBay account section
click Renew on the toolbar at the top of the window.
Any further issues, please let us know. Thanks.

Did that. Still no joy.

Please can you select the eBay account in Credentials, and then click Remove. Check for any more instances of the same account in Credentials, and remove them also. Press Save on the Credentials window.
Now go back to Credentials and click Create>Ebay API, follow the process to re-add the credential. This should resolve it but if any issues please let us know.
