Export for carriers. Royalmail

Hi,

I haven't used export for carriers for a while and thought I would go back to using PPV3 export for carriers.

I used to click the export for carriers and then go to the Royal Mail site and to the order import it would automatically import the order from PPV3 without me clicking the upload file button on the Royal Mail site. 

But now it doesn't do that and I have no way of finding the file in ppv3 to import. has something changed?

Hi James,

Thank you for contacting us. The Export/Import feature for Royal Mail was disabled earlier in the year as we no longer support this. There is a direct integration with Royal Mail available, which does not require a manual upload of data to the C&D website via the Packing Partner Browser. There's a small cost per label generated, which depends on how many labels you generate per month.
