Parcelforce import and export are features that must be enabled. Click Tools>Features and filter for parcelforce
Uploading shipments
After your shipping rules have selected MyHermes as the carrier or you have used Amend Carrier to choose the carrier manually.
In the browser tab navigate to MyHermes CSV Imports page, click the upload shipment details menu under the carrier button.
Follow the steps on the MyHermes site, to import and process your shipments.
Importing labels & tracking Ids
Navigate to the MyHermes Active Shipments page, click the download Download Carrier Labels menu on the browser toolbar.
This will download and match the label our tracking Id with your sales record. If you are downloading labels, the tracking numbers will be extracted automatically.
