Unable to track on Royal Mail website

I am unable to click the tracking number in Packing Partner and track items on the Royal Mail website.

If I click the tracking number from Archived records, I new window opens at the Royal Mail 'Track Your Item' page with the tracking number pre-filled. However, when I then click the 'track your delivery' button nothing happens. The only way I can track is to open up my own window to the Royal Mail website and manually copy/paste the tracking number myself.

Thanks for the Tracking No, but it worked OK when I tried it.

However, RM have changed their official tracking URL, so that has been changed in Packing Partner, which will be in the next release.

I've just realised that the URL may not be the issue, it's probably the window that opens in Packing Partner.
If that is the case, then we will have to wait for V4.0 of Packing Partner for that to be fixed.

Packing Partner currently uses a browser based on an old version of Firefox. In V4, we are using the latest version of Chrome, so all browsing functionality will work. It can also be updated to stay up to date with browser changes.
