Shopify - What have I missed

Ok, 

Numpty time here, I have finally connected our Shopify store, PP will collect orders happily, 

BUT, I must have missed something as it is not looking in the products look up- picking up weights and 5 or 10 (to denote LL or Parcel) as the other channels do. It is reacting as if the item is not in the lookup (it is, and is exactly the same), 

What step have I missed?, as I am having to go in an manually put carrier in.

I have checked the shipping settings, made sure the Standard or Express are in there, it just seems to be the products it won't find.

Thanks for the post. It's most likely due to the product SKUs not being in the right column. If SKUs are how your products are normally found in the Lookup database, check that you have the SKU from the channel going into the SKU column within Packing Partner.

Each channel can be configured individually, in order to control which of values (that are available from the channel) go into which of the 3 available item data fields (Code, SKU, Location) within Packing Partner.

To check this, go to Tools>Options > Settings and filter for shopify

Check the Value collected into... settings are as expected.

If you don't match on SKU or Code, but instead match on Title, then that indicates the title text does not exactly match the Lookup values.
