So I just collected todays orders from ebay, but one was missing on the 'Collected' tab.
On ebay it had the red line beside to say it had been collected - but it was not in my orders to process. Then by chance I found it had been put in the 'Holding' tab.
What happened was a few weeks ago the same customer had made an order but then asked to cancel before I had sent it. The order was cancelled/refunded on ebay and the item went into the 'Holding' tab on PP.
Then today the same customer ordered again. PP automatically combined the 2 orders (as from same customer) but combined them together in the 'Holding' tab. Luckily as I had not many orders I noticed the discrepancy - but if I had not I would have missed sending out todays order. By uncombining the order then todays order moved properly to the 'Collected' tab and the old order stayed in the 'Holding' tab.
Is it possible that when combining orders, PP excludes anything in the 'Holding' tab?

Certainly we will have a look at that as an option for the next version.
I know many people use Holding for out of stock, so it wouldn't be good for everyone.

Good point.
Perhaps bring in new order into 'Collected', but with a note to say 'Other orders found for this customer are on Hold. Do you wish to combine?'
or something similar.
