Croatia joins the EU on July 1st

On 1st July 2013, Croatia will become the 28th member state of the European Union, so they will no longer need a CN22 and will not be zero rated for VAT.
We will issue an update to Packing Partner on 1st July with Croatia added to the list of EU countries.
