Anyone else having major difficulty with PP pulling labels from Click & Drop over the last couple of days?
I keep getting the error message "Connecting has taken longer than expected, please try again".
I tried everything yesterday including updating PP to the latest version, restarting PC, updating PC, trying a different internet connection etc.
The same thing is happening today and I am starting to panic because I have urgent orders that need to go out.

Perhaps the Click & Drop website is just slow. However, PP is not allowing enough time for the labels to extract before giving the time out message. It would be better if, instead of just timing out, it gave a warning to ask if the user is willing to continue to wait.

I will have a look again at the timeout functionality, in the meantime have you definitely upgraded to V3.4:
