Extract to carrier not sending correct weights to CSV

Latest problem:

When extracting records to carrier (CSV for Click & Drop), the correct package weights are not transferring to the exported CSV file. PP is exporting the weights that came in with the records when they were originally collected. When exporting to carrier I always manually edit many of my package weights and formats before finalising the export. PP remembers the change of format but not the change of weight. This means I have to manually edit the CSV file in Excel before uploading to Click & Drop.

Please note that this happened for the first time this morning BEFORE I updated PP to the very latest version. Even after updating PP, the problem is still persisting.
