Not updating ebay all records

I am unable to get PP to update 2  of my ebay records.

They are in the Shipped tab with tracking numbers and show up in ebay with a blue bar. When I click 'Update Sales' it says there are 2 records to update - then it goes away and tries and comes back with message 'No sales updated'.

I have tried several times yesterday and again today - same result.

If you have not done so already, please can you update to the latest version (of 3.3) using the following link, and try again?

It has happened again today. 2 orders not updated on ebay. So now I have 4 orders (2 from last week and 2 today) that won't update.

In PP they have the tracking numbers (where applicable) but tracking number not going upto ebay sales record or record marked as dispatched on ebay.

The 2 orders from last week have also now disappeared from the Shipped tab in PP but are still marked with a blue bar when looking at 'Order awaiting dispatch' in ebay

I have emailed my contact details as I am on latest version of PP v3.3
