hi, We have moved warehouse, and I am struggling to change the return address on the royal mail label.
I have changed this in the Click and drop, but am I missing something else as the old address is still being pulled through?

Thank you for your post.
Unless buying RM labels via our Amazon Buy Shipping integration, the return address is set within Click and Drop. Add the address, if necessary, in Settings>Company Address. Then in Settings>Trading Names, choose the address in the Return address menu. If using PP to get RM labels via the Amazon Buy Shipping integration, change the Shipper details (Options).
