Thanks for the fast reply, I have downloaded the update but I do beleave that this error has not been fixed in the update, I think maybe amazon has changed somthing again?  26/03/14*

I'm not sure why that is, as it's worked for everyone else.

Can you check in Tools>About that you have at least V1.7.138

If you do have that version, can you Email us with a landline so we can call you and have a look at it on your PC.

SO sorry, I just check and it was not V1.7.138..

I feel stupid haha!
