Collecting orders.

Hi, I have just done the new update and I am having trouble collecting some orders. Some of them I have to go into the order and collect them that way instead of selecting the click boxes. When I have tried the via the click boxes way it just hangs. Unfortunately after about 10 minutes of not collecting I click cancel and it leaves the grey shading next to the click box. So when I collect from with in the order it does not change the shaded box to collect, printed or shipped it just leaves that as cancelled. Is there a way I can delete the shaded grey area or something.

Not sure why this is as we haven't got anyone else with the same issue.
Please try downloading and installing the update again as this seems like something corrupted.
If it doesn't work Please call or email us a landline, so we can connect to you and have a look at the problem.
