Orders wont collect from channel advisor

Hi Andrew,

Have staff in this am to pick pack, but cannot pull any orders in from Channel advisor.

Getting the error messages

~~No Valid Address, No Buyer ID, No Sale ID, Invalid Date, No Total

This happening for every order.

Help got staff twiddling thumbs, have tried updating etc, but makes no difference.

Also getting this when I try to print an invoice.~~
