No Printing After Update

Hi there,

Just thought I would send this out there.  Yesterday we updated to the latest version and have since lost the ability to print.  I have checked the forum for layout printing issues and restores backup layout files without success.  Clicking in Preview also shows blank pages.  Today we installed the latest update from last night , but still have the issues.

I have checked the printer and printing a test page from windows works fine.  Tried changing the printer in packing partner and resetting it still with no joy.  Tried calling the support 0871 number and got number not recognised message??

Luckily we use PPI so was able to use the addresses off of the packing list (which printed fine btw) and print separate stamp labels to get our orders out today.

I understand that others may be experiencing this issue too.  Hopefully any updates to progress if any can be added here.
