We are experiencing an issue when we try to update our records back to the various channels (ebay mainly but have seen it with amazon too). The update process works but stalls on the last one, the only option is then to retry updating again (which then starts from scratch and locks at the last one again). Or to Cancel the updates.
Looking at the records in the sales channel, when cancel was pressed, they have been updated (Packing partner shows them as needing updating however).
I have tried to see if there is a pattern and although I think that sales which have been combined may be effected, even selecting 4 or 5 sales and just updating them also gives the issue so am a little lost.
