New PayPal Interface

It seems that there is more than 1 format of new PayPal interface, business and personal.

It also seems that there is a new issue with the classic interface, which should be working now, click here to download the update.

Business account
You should be able to collect from the activity page. If you can't do that then you should be able to use the dropdown menu and select Classic Interface.

Personal Account
We have not finished the changes for personal account users, but you should be able to use the Classic View button at the bottom of the page, to get to the old interface.
