We are trying to integrate with the new Rakuten store, but at the moment we have an issue that we have asked Rakuten to resolve.
The problem is that they display the address as a single line with no way to determine where to break the lines.
We will update this post, once we have a response from Rakuten.

We have a solution now, and are just making Packing Partner compatible with the new Rakuten platform.

Packing Partner can now collect and update orders from Rakuten.
Please be aware that we may not have seen all variations on this new platform, and that Rakuten may decide to change some things that could affect Packing Partner.
You will also need to enable Rakuten Collect and Update from Tools>Features
For the next few days, please double check your orders in Packing Partner to ensure that all the details have been collected correctly.
