Yesterday I had a problem with a postcode that Royal Mail DMO rejected so I put the record on hold in Packing Partner and dealt with the rest of my orders.
Today I have uploaded new orders into PP, but when I then went to use the automatic import into DMO feature, the initial dialog showed the record that was in hold also in the list of items to be imported. I therefore unselected it, ran the import, but the record was still sent to DMO.
Not a serious problem as I could continue as DMO rejected the record again but surely if a record is in Hold it should not be sent to DMO? I have other records in Hold as I am waiting for more stock and these are not sent to DMO on import - the only difference between the other records and yesterdays is that I had not yet marked yesterdays record as printed.
