Hi Andrew,
We really need some urgent help, eBay have updated something today, i have gone to mark all our orders as dispatched but all the boxes have dissapeared and am now left with ALOT of orders that i dont know dispatched from undispatched. Please can you let me know a fix?
All records are still in printed e.t.c

Just figured out a workaround by collecting all the orders again and saying NO to recollection of the records. BUT for some reason we cannot collect more than 1 record at a time!

Is this on Selling Manager or Pro?
As I'm not seeing any issue with the Pro accounts I have access to.
Can you email me with a login so I can see an account with the issue.

We had this issue also. I found that updating packing partner to the latest version cured it.

Same problem here, only 1 record is collecting at a time.
We're running Selling Manager Pro.
The layout has changed - the Actions column which was always on the far right of the display is now annoyingly the first column.
Probably related .. we did have a situation where a customer bought the same thing twice (2 separate sales). When we collected both, only one was collected but both were marked as collected (red line down the left).

We have the same problem, we're on Selling Manger Pro. I have just logged on this evening to check and it seemed ok, the 'Actions' column was back on the right and we had our coloured boxes back for collected, printed and shipped but when I clicked back to the awaiting dispatch page it went wrong again, 'Actions' on left and no box colours and only collecting one record.

As a temporary workaround, try refreshing the page. This pushes the actions back to the far right.
