Not logged in to Amazon.

Hi,

We're having an issue collecting orders off Amazon. When we try to download our orders we get the message "You are not logged in to Amazon English, please login or try again shortly" I've tried it a few times this afternoon and no joy. Anyone else getting this?

I did look about first to see if there was an issue. I also updated as suggested from that topic, but still having the same issue? Any suggestions? Could it be on our system where the problem is?

It may be that you are still on V3.1, in which case: http://www.aimcosoftware.co.uk/download/ppv32update.exe

That was indeed the issue! :) Thanks so much for your help, all is now well. Also, cracking piece of software you have developed. Been using it a few years now and would be lost without it!
