...Specifically DMO Labels.
We have followed the comprehensive guide for getting Royal Mail DMO set up with Packing Partner and with a few tweaks for Amazon all seems to run well until it comes to extracting carrier labels to print in Packing Partner.
The application hangs on 'Extractin Carrier Labels' The progress bar stays clear, so it doesn't even seem to start.
We have the latest version of PP installed, running on Windows 10.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am unable to attach photos, but have some to hand if required that i can email.
