Amazon Auto Login Problem

Amazon auto login has stopped working for us this morning, when using the TEST function fields no longer match to our saved login. We have tried ADD AUTO login to create a new login but when signing in to our Amazon account, the following error message is displayed 'We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site.'

This is because Amazon have changed their login page.

You will need to delete and re-enter your auto-logins.

... we have already tried that and it is still not working.

If we manually type our email address & password into the Amazon Sign In page all is well and we log in and go straight to our awaiting orders page.

However if we manually type our address & password into the Sign In page then click ADD AUTO LOGIN in Packing Partner the details are saved but the auto login at the next attempt always fails with 'We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site.' or PP error INVALID TITLE or INVALID DOMAIN.

... resolved did not realise that you need to delete a few extra fields from the Auto Login.

Works now, thanks.

Sorry forgot to mention that you need to remove any fields that aren't required for login.

In the next version, this is more intelligent, it only asks you to complete fields that are required for login.
