We have just switched to Click & Drop from DMO, but currently struggling with importing the tracking number into packing partner. The way we are doing it, is that we export xls file from the despatched report screen on click & drop and then save the file as csv, even tried the xls. The packing partner is throwing error that the file is not supported for both the file type.
There is no information in the help about the tracking numbers.
Any help will be much appreciated.
If you update to the latest version:
Then go to the despatched screen, the barcode button on the toolbar should be enabled to extract tracking IDs.
