Printing to XPS or PDF

Printing to XPS or PDF

If you need to send any of your printed output to another location, you can print to an XPS or PDF file then email that to the other loaction, to be printed there.

On Windows Vista and later there is a print driver called Microsoft XPS document Writer, this creates a file that can then be emailed. Similar printer drivers are also available on the internet that creates PDF files.

To print to XPS or PDF click to print your packing list, picking list, labels or invoices and select the XPS or PDF driver from the printer list. This will then ask for a filename to save as. This file can then be emailed as an attachment.
