Customs Data

Click & Drop Customs Data

Some users have been getting emails from Royal Mail about data compliance.

Packing Partner sends all required data to Click & Drop, including mandatory fields.

The only field that isn't sent, is Sender Country. Which is set in Click & Drop>Settings>Company Address.

If you are still concerned please do the following:

  1. Check on import to Click & Drop, that all 31 fields are mapped correctly.

  2. Ask Click & Drop for examples of specific shipments, that don't comply.

  3. Please Email us with any specific examples, where you think data is missing.

Please note:
HS data needs to either be added to Packing Packing, or set as defaults in your Click & Drop settings.
