Click & Drop Customs Data
Some users have been getting emails from Royal Mail about data compliance.
Packing Partner sends all required data to Click & Drop, including mandatory fields.
The only field that isn't sent, is Sender Country. Which is set in Click & Drop>Settings>Company Address.
If you are still concerned please do the following:
Check on import to Click & Drop, that all 31 fields are mapped correctly.
Ask Click & Drop for examples of specific shipments, that don't comply.
Please Email us with any specific examples, where you think data is missing.
HS data needs to either be added to Packing Packing, or set as defaults in your Click & Drop settings.
