Issues updating Amazon and other web sites
We get quite a few users who find updating Amazon very slow before Christmas. This is an issue caused by internet traffic, not Packing Partner.
We can only update records as fast as the server site lets us, as Amazon is one of the busiest in the world, this can be slow.
Internet traffic performs like any other traffic, in peak and busy times, it can be slow and even stop completely. If you have problems updating any web site, please try the following:
If Packing Partner stops responding or just stops updating then click Retry.
If Packing Partner updates a few more records, the stops again, this is purely due to the amount of internet traffic approaching Christmas.
If is does nothing at all then please Email us as there may be another issue.
