Collect and print problem

hi
anyone help, collecting sales but e.g collect 14 sales only printing sales of 7-8, causing me problems as had over 150 sales to process over weekend , also not marking as collected on etsy uk so gain more problems operating on 
the V3.5.4 version re-installed it, cleared cache etc did nothing else , problem just arose last week
