We have identified 2 problems with Amazon collected records using PP Version 2.1.216.1
Problem 1 .... If a sale on an Amazon Multi Variation listing results in that variation 'Going Out Of Stock' the wrong variation information is collected and imported by PP.
Eg. Product ABC is available in three different sizes 18mm 20mm & 22mm with the Amazon comments field (Condition Note) being also set as Sku18mm, Sku20mm, & Sku22mm.
If the 18mm version is sold the information collected by PP should be -
ABC...title (18mm) Comment (Sku18mm).
However if the item goes out of stock the wrong information is collected and is shown as -
ABC...title (20mm) Comment (Sku20mm)
This means that the wrong size is picked and sent to the customer.
Problem 2 .... If the Amazon Buyer ID name on the collected record is different to the name shown on the first line of the shipping address any attempt to edit the record will result in the Amazon Buyer ID name also being added into the shipping address.
Eg. Buyer ID 'Andrew Amazon' with Mr A Amazon as addressee ...

Any Town ...
will become on 'Double Click" or 'Amend Contact'

Andrew Amazon

The 'out of stock' issue is an amazon problem that we cannot rectify, see here: http://aimcosoftware.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=22
I believe the address issue is fixed in the latest version: click here to download the update.

.. guess the only temporary solution for problem 1 is to ensure that the Amazon variations are always 'In Stock'.
Not ideal but it would always ensure we have collected the correct variation information.
However updated PP to version 2.1.219.0 as suggested and problem 2 is still unresolved ...

As well as the names being changed the address is also incorrect ... as the town and post code are being moved around with the town ending up in the post code field.
So, an address with:
A Amazon
23 This Road
This Town
This County
AB12 3CD
ends up in PP as:
A Amazon
23 This Road
This County
AB12 3CD
This Town

Is there a fix for this address issue (or at least an acknowledgement of the problem) as it's a real pain correcting the name and address of every single order imported from Amazon?

Nope. As of 2.1.219.0 it's still picking up the buyer name as well as the delivery name. This is causing problems as the buyer name is quite often a completely different name.
When using Amend Contact the buyer name (the name registered on their Amazon account) is replacing the Delivery Name and the Delivery Name is dropping to the first line of the address.
