Amazon Order Status Problem

Hello,

Over the last week we have experienced the following problem on multiple occasions with PP and Amazon UK. The problem only seems to occur when the amount of collected orders is greater than 100 across more than one page. (Our Amazon default page is set to 100 for each page).

This morning we collected and printed 113 Amazon orders and the status on Page 1 for 100 orders was a red box (Printed).

When we then shipped all 113 orders in PP the status on the Amazon page changed to blue as expected (Shipped) and we then despatched 100 Amazon orders from within Amazon UK for Page 1.

However when Page 2 displayed the outstanding shipped 13 orders were only briefly shown with a blue box then after a few seconds all the highlighted blue shipped orders disappeared and all the remaining 13 shipped orders lost their PP status box.

If we refreshed the page the same cycle happens with the blue boxes briefly shown before they disappear again.

The only fix we found was to collect the orders again and click no to resend and the correct status boxes were then shown but obviously this is not ideal. Any suggestions please?

I'm assuming this is to do with the changes on Amazon, I'll look into it.
