Email history not purged - emails retained forever

Hi

Emails sent by Packing Partner are configured to be retained for 3 weeks, however looking at the email history I have emails retained since June.

Back in June I noticed this with emails retained since last year, and had to manually purge these old emails myself, and hoped to see it would purge itself after that, but it hasn't.

Until this purge happens the email screen is pretty unresponsive as it loads as it is trying to load 23,000 sent emails.

However when I look at emails past 3 weeks, they appear completely blank, so it looks like the purge is getting rid of content but not the list of emails displayed in the email history list.
