Keeping Data Safe
Packing Partner keeps all of it's data on the PC it runs on. If the PC has problems, Packing Partner's data can get corrupted or lost entirely. This includes registration and subscription data.
To ensure Packing Partner is only subscribed on one PC, it keeps a local copy of the registration which is checked against our online server. If there is any discrepancy, Packing Partner will revert to a trial.
To help ensure your data and registration are kept safe, please ensure you follow these simple rules:
On a laptop, NEVER allow your battery to run out
Always shut down your PC using the Start button.
Never just turn off the PC using the power button.
Restart your PC every day or at least once a week
Be aware of Packing Partner's Memory Monitor
