Using EKM shops and VAT

I have an EKM shop and have just become VAT registered, so am unfamiliar with this.
When I'm printing an order from there, I'm getting no quantity, item title etc.
Also, it is not showing VAT on the printout.

What am I doing wrong please?   :)

To show VAT, you need to change the invoice frame on your layout to a VAT one.You shouldn't be able to collect sales that don't have a title, do they show in the Records Tab?

I worked out why these weren't displaying, there was one of the options I needed to pay for.
However, as per my email, the issue is that description is displaying in the incorrect column along with total amount, cost etc.
How do I change the invoice frame to a VAT one?
